President

He earned his MBA degree from Wayne State University, Michigan, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.

Satya has over 15 years of experience in public accounting and corporate finance.

He was CFO at Silicon Valley start-up high tech companies Garuda Networks and CM Innovation, and was also the Corporate Controller at EnjoyWeb. He is currently serving start-ups and companies whose annual revenues exceed $10 million. He also provides CFO-level support to various client companies.

Satya's career background encompasses both start-ups and large established corporations, with a distinct expertise in high-tech growth companies. Satya has worked at these large technology companies: Philips, Westinghouse Security, and Sentient Networks. He earned his CPA certification at the public accounting firm Petrinovich Pugh & Company, LLP, where he specialized in audit and tax.
